2. Fixing the Day for Survey
A Field Officer will visit your location at the scheduled time. Equipped with the necessary tools, they will assess your goods and provide an estimated cost for the move. Once you approve, the officer will finalize the deal and explain the process in detail, ensuring everything aligns with our terms and conditions.


3. Confirmation of Booking
After confirming your booking, we issue a quotation. Once finalized, your move is officially scheduled, and we proceed to the next steps.
4. Packing
Our Packing Supervisor will arrive on time to handle your belongings with care. Our team uses advanced techniques tailored to the nature of your items. Fragile items are packed with multiple layers of protection, while electronic items are secured with special care. Once packing is complete and payments are confirmed, we move to the next stage.


5. Your Shifting Assistant
A dedicated shifting assistant will accompany you throughout the process, ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish.
6. Transportation
Once payments are settled, our transportation team springs into action. Our carriers arrive on time, load your packed items, and transport them to your new location efficiently. With real-time communication and planning, your consignment reaches its destination ahead of schedule.


7. Tracking and Help-desk
Our drivers and guards stay in constant contact with your shifting assistant. We also use advanced Vehicle Transporting System (VTS) technology to track your consignment. Our Help Desk keeps you updated on the delivery status whenever needed.
8. Destination
We offer a 24-hour holding service for your goods at no extra charge, with zero transshipment. Simply inform your shifting assistant 3 working hours in advance, and your belongings will be delivered to your new home on time.


9. Customer Care
